玻璃制品鋼化爐（Tempering lehr）
適用于壓制的杯、盆、蓋、盤等含硼玻璃制品和鈉鈣玻璃制品的鋼化處理。
煙臺(tái)三立輕工機(jī)械有限公司的鋼化爐分在線式鋼化和離線式鋼化兩種:玻璃器皿在鋼化爐加熱段會(huì)被逐漸加熱至650~700攝氏度，然后在高溫區(qū)出口處由高壓風(fēng)嘴快速冷卻，溫度急劇降低，使玻璃產(chǎn)生鋼化應(yīng)力，起到鋼化效果。在不需要對(duì)玻璃進(jìn)行鋼化時(shí)，我們的鋼化爐還可當(dāng)做普通退火爐使用。

Tempering lehr
Tempering lehrs are used to steel glass products containing boron, such as cups,basins, covers, disks and sodium-calcium glass products.
Yantai Sanli light Machinery Co'stempering lehr is dvided into two types which are wire steel type and ofline steel type: Glassware wil be gradually heatedup to 650 ~. 700 degrees Celsius in the heating section of the refrigerator,and then cooled rapidly by high presure air nozzles at the exit ofthe higttemperature zone.When glass does not need to be tempered, our tempering furnace can also be used as a normal annealing lehr.
Our tempering lehr can reach the advanced level of our international counterparts, with high control accuracy and low energy consumption, which is suitablfor gasheating mode and electricheating mode.
