燃氣退火爐（Gas annealing lehr）
BTN(X)-YQ系列退火爐，是以天然氣、城市煤氣、柴油為燃料的全自動控制熱風循環(huán)式退火爐，網帶上平面離地高度、網帶寬度按需定制，最大寬度5000mm。
該爐型均為全鋼結構，使用優(yōu)質硅酸鋁纖維作為保溫填充材料，隔熱效果好，可有效降低能耗節(jié)約運行成本。高溫區(qū)使用全不銹鋼制造，并針對高溫工作環(huán)境中的熱膨脹問題進行了結構設計，保證了設備在長時間的使用過程中的可靠性且不需要維護。優(yōu)秀的熱風循環(huán)設計使退火爐在任意網帶寬度下均可保持爐膛內溫度均勻。該系列退火爐采用全自動溫度控制，自動控制溫差±1℃，溫控精度高，我們也可以根據客戶需求提供PLC控制系統(tǒng)產品。
若燃氣供應管路中的氣體壓力過低，或客戶有特殊需求，公司的燃氣退火爐可以配備比例式燃燒器。
Gas annealing lehr
BTN (X) -YQ series annealing lehr is a hot air circulation annealing lehr with fullautomatic control fueled by natural gas, urban gas and diese.The ground heighon the betls and the width ofthe belts are customized on demand, the maximum width ofthe belts is 5000mm.
The lehr is all steel structure, using high quality aluminum silicate fiber as insulation fiing material,good thermal insulation can effectively reduce energconsumption and save oberating costs.The high temperature zone is made of all stainless stel and the structure is designed for thermal expansion in thehigh temperature working environment which ensures that the equipment is reioble and does not reguire maintenance during prolonged use. Excelent hot alicirculation design allows the annealing furnace to keep the temperature in the furnace uniform under any belt width.
This series annealing lehruses fuly automatic high brecision temperature control, automatic control temperature diference t /°C. We can alo provide PLCcontrol system products according to customer needs.
If the gas pressure in the gas supbly line is to low or the customer has special needs, the company's gas anealing lehrs can be equipped with proportionaltypeblown-air burners.
